With 1С: “Управление торговлей”, “Розница”, and also with “Штрих-М”. The system picks up nightly exports of sales, stock, receipts and write-offs — there is no need to change your accounting system.

How does SUZY calculate how much to order from a supplier?

From the sales history of each product in a particular store: it takes the average sales rate, adjusts for the day of the week and the season, then subtracts current stock. The order covers the week until the next delivery plus a two-day safety buffer.

Can we see the system before buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the demo is open without sign-up at demo.suzy.kz — the full interface on anonymised data: auto-replenishment, stock-outs, purchasing anomalies, dead stock, write-offs, margin and seasonality.

Does store data go out to the internet?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. In local mode the calculation runs on a computer in the store, the database stays there, and only the finished pages are shared outside. There is also a cloud mode, where the exports are processed on a dedicated server.

Will a store manager see purchase prices?

Accepted Answer

No. Each role has its own version: the owner sees the whole chain with purchase prices and margin, a store manager sees only their own store, and purchase prices are never included in their data at all.
